the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. i found plenty of plug sockets, very useful. the layout of the rooms was beautiful, with great quality for the price.
I noticed some marks over the walls. These could easily be wiped off.

the building design was excellent. the room included a microwave and fridge, i found it useful. beds were super comfortable. i appreciated the friendly welcome from the staff.
the car park was small and costs extra.

The staff provided excellent service. Ali in the breakfast area was very helpful. The building had a lovely design and the room was clean. The big windows were nice.
The room was not cleaned well. There were several marks all over the walls. Stains were on the ceiling. Mould and mildew were in the shower and sink.

the building has a beautiful exterior. the beds were very comfortable. i did appreciate the warm and cosy room.
The small bathroom light only stayed on for a short time. It was not long enough.

the reception staff provided a welcome feeling upon arrival, their polite and helpful demeanour set a positive tone. checkout at 12:00 was convenient, i felt the staff helped even beyond their expected standard.

The area is nice. it is not too far from the city centre. the views from the rooftop apartments are pretty, the balcony offers a great vantage point.
