The staff seemed friendly enough and tried to be helpful.
My room was a letdown. There was a noticeable hole in the wall, and the general state of repair seemed neglected. I also noticed some rubbish. The mattresses was dirty.

the room had a really unpleasant bleach smell that lingered. i had to open the windows for ages. also, the carpet seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages and smelled awful. it's frustrating when cleanliness is such a basic expectation.

The staff provided a friendly checkout at 2 p.m for an extra £10. i found free parking in front of the building. This was very helpful. the location is convenient, situated on a main road.

i found the location quite convenient, with several shops and a supermarket just opposite. the presence of a laundrette nearby was also very helpful for my extended stay. secure parking right in front of the building was an added benefit. the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my visit.
the blinds in my room did not fully block out the early morning light.

my single room was compact but it had everything needed for a short stay, including tea and coffee making facilities. the bed provided one of the best nights of sleep i have experienced in a while. a clean bathroom was also included.

while the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant , there are numerous dining options close by. i noticed a chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop just across the street. a pub is within a short walking distance as well.

the reception staff were cute and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. they promptly provided the travel cot i had requested months in advance. i appreciated their attentiveness and helpfulness .

A Peaceful Stay Near the City Center

The bus service just outside the hotel was very convenient for trips. It made getting to the city center easy and stress-free. Parking on the premises proved quite practical. The staff at reception were friendly and created a cute atmosphere. I immediately felt relaxed and ready to begin my mini break. The room included everything I needed.
I found the carpet showed some wear.
