Jake was a amazing waiter, providing some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He discovered it was our anniversary, so we received a complimentary platter with "Congratulations" written in icing (a very nice touch!). Drinks were promptly refilled, and he were very good too ensure we had everything we needed.
The room was quite small, and the carpet needed vacuuming, with cobwebs on the walls (a minor issue).

Staff were very polite and immediately checked us in. They accommodated our late check-in and assisted us with our luggage to the room. The team seemed eager to help with any request.

An okay stay, but a few things need attention

The room DEFINITELY needed some love. It felt a bit dated and not as fresh as I would have liked. The breakfast situation was also a SURPRISE. I was asked to pay extra for tea and coffee. I thought that was quite cheeky. I ended up bringing my own from the room the next morning.

My visit presented a couple of issues. Firstly , the shower produced barely lukewarm water , which detracted from the experience. the sound insulation was inadequate . Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep significantly.
