The location was AMAZING close to two Underground stations. It made travel easy. The staff were very helpful. They let me check in early. They had a smile and warm welcome each time i entered the reception area.
The hotel listing offered choices between several room layouts! on check in, i found out my selected room type was not available. This was unacceptable.

My room had a safe for securing valuables. The hotel building looks quite grand and is well maintained. I found this reassuring. A floor fan was in the room.

The room was in the basement. It did have a window, though you had a nice view of a brick wall.

The staff offered a very warm welcome. The hotel cleaned my room daily. I particularly appreciated the kettle available in the room (it was very useful!). The hotel's location is advantageous, close to the Underground station. There are shops and restaurants within a short five-minute walk. I also noticed a good shower. The room provided was quite clean and functional. The staff always proved friendly and helpful. I would certainly choose this place again upon my return.

The staff was accommodating. They addressed an issue with my shower promptly (on my second night). The situation was completely resolved. This level of service is definitely noteworthy. I highly recommend this hotel.
