the room was clean however there were maintenance issues the shower drain was clogged it caused the bathroom to flood whenever i showered when i reported this the staff claimed the water was draining slowly they also suggested i used too much water i found their response dismissive

the hotel's location proved very convenient because it was near the central train station. i found the breakfast selection quite extensive and delicious. the ability to store luggage before check-in and after check-out offered additional flexibility for my travel plans. i also appreciated the attentive and personable service from the staff.
it was a bit noisy all day.

my room included a large balcony with outdoor seating. the room was super clean upon arrival. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. the room also has a small fridge, but it had enough room for water.

the front desk staff was consistently helpful and informative throughout my stay. they arranged for my bags to be taken to my room when it was ready. the staff's ability to speak multiple languages was very helpful to many guests. they were very nice people at the reception!
