Excellent Stay near Hyde Park

The staff were very friendly. They were so helpful. The location is excellent. It is very close to two main tube stations. I could easily reach shops and restaurants. The room had fresh white towels and bedding. I appreciated that I could get tea and coffee in my room. They accommodated my request for a ground floor room. This was helpful because I have arthritis.
The walls seemed thin. I could occasionally hear noises from adjacent rooms, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The front desk was staffed 24/7. Offering assistance at any hour. I found the staff members very friendly and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. Their professionalism was appreciated.

i found the staff friendly. maria arranged early check-in. the location proved very convenient. i was able to leave my bags after checkout to explore more.
i noticed banging pipes in the bathroom whenever the shower ran. it was quite loud. this issue needs addressing .

a little bit disappointed
good locationhard bedfaulty faucets
the location was fine because it had two metro stations close to the hotel.
the room was too small and the bed was really hard, so it was difficult to sleep. the shower wasn't great either, and some faucets didn't work well. it was noisy with people walking in the corridor too.

the room it was quite small, i struggle with space for my luggage.

Charming stay close to transport

I was kinda surprised by the convenient location, near two major tube stations. This made getting around the city so easy. The staff were nice and helpful. They gave accurate directions to some great local cafes. The room was tidy, and the air conditioning worked wonders.
The walls seemed a little thin, and i could hear some noise from other rooms.
