the location is super handy for getting around (close to public transport). the staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage storage. the free coffee machine, with croissants and fruit available, was a nice touch throughout the day. i especially liked the good range of food options available at breakfast.
my room faced the back, with limited window opening, i found it a bit stuffy. i could only slightly open the window, and it was a small space.

the room was clean and spacious, providing an ideal space for rest after a long day. the bathroom was clean and included free wifi (which was useful!). the beds were nice, not hard, and added to the overall comfort .

the location was convenient (i was close to baker street station). breakfast was quite good and had gluten-free options. it was a nice touch.
the room vibrated, i think because of the ventilation system. the toilet felt a little too small.
