The location was very convenient. It was close to transport links. staff were friendly, they allowed a later check-in. the price was reasonable for the location.
the cleanliness could be improved, i noticed mold in the bathroom. the bed was small for two people though a larger one probably would not fit. the towels had stains on them even though they were freshly washed.

The location is GREAT. It is close to train stations, Hyde Park, and also to good cafes. I found it was within walking distance from tourist spots.
The bathroom needs maintenance. The shower cannot be closed properly from the inside. The handle was broken.

The location proved really good, providing easy access to bus routes and Paddington station. Breakfast options were great. The staff was friendly. I found the twin room suited my mother and me perfectly, although modestly sized, it met our needs well. Daily housekeeping maintained cleanliness, and the front desk staff accommodated our early arrival with excellent efficiency. The surrounding streets offered a quiet atmosphere, and the location facilitated convenient transport.
The carpet looked somewhat worn in places.

I encountered a few problems . The room lacked thorough cleaning. I noticed dust and some lingering items from previous guests (not ideal). the corridors were cluttered. These issues detracted from the overall experience, otherwise adequate.
