the location is fantastic for accessing key sites.. westminster abbey is a short walk. the pub downstairs is convenient, i found the cask beer selection very good. the staff were helpful and friendly.
i found that the information about available services was somewhat limited in the room.

Central Location and Excellent Service

This hotel sits very close to St James's Park tube station. Buckingham Palace and Westminster are also easy to reach. My twin room had ample space and useful amenities including a coffee maker and herbal teas. A fridge stored milk and bottled water was a real convenience.
The breakfast cost seemed somewhat high for two people. I think the pricing could be more transparent before ordering.

Decent Location, Some Disappointments

The room lacked sufficient space for luggage storage. I found no luggage racks or drawers available. This meant I had to keep my belongings on the floor. the breakfast quality was not excellent. The selection was limited, and I thought the food was just okay.

the location was acceptable! it made it easy to explore the area.
I was charged extra for an upgrade i didn't request. both the double bed and the sofa bed were soft. staff at breakfast seemed stressed and showed it. i waited nearly 40 minutes for my order. It was unacceptable and i had to rush to finish.

a few issues for the price
perfect locationoverpriced breakfastlack of surfaces
the location was indeed perfect.
I found a couple of issues . the full english breakfast seemed quite overpriced for what was offered and was not particularly hot. there also werent many surfaces on which to place luggage. I had to use the floor.
