a generally positive stay
welcome drink friendly staff good location hot room many stairs some noise
i was greeted with a welcome drink when i arrived. the staff were friendly. the breakfast was good, with a nice choice of tea and coffee. the location was great for going to the us embassy.
my room was hot, even when i opened the window. i think air conditioning would have solved this. there were lot of stairs to the rooms. i experienced some noise at night, but it wasn't too bad.

The location proved helpful for my embassy visit. I found two tube stations nearby. Grocery shops were also very close. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy.
My room was slightly smaller than I expected, but it remained cozy and functional.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff ensured I felt welcome. There is a pub downstairs. I enjoyed a refreshing drink after a long day, convenient and added to the experience.

convenient location easy access useful sainsbury's
The location was convenient for my visit to the us embassy. sainsbury's was nearby, which i found very useful. i appreciated the easy access to the underground. It made getting around simple.
my room was quite small. it felt a bit cramped, and moving around with luggage was challenging.

weak shower unreliable wi-fi
i found a few things disappointing. the shower pressure was quite weak. also, the wi-fi signal in my room was unreliable. it kept cutting out, and i struggled to get any work done (which was important for my trip).

tasty breakfast friendly staff good location small room slow wifi limited space
i stayed for several nights and it was mostly good. the breakfast was really tasty and had lots of options, i especially liked the sausages. the location worked well because it was near the tube. the staff seemed friendly and i got a complimentary drink upon arrival, that was nice.
my room felt a little small and it was hard to open my suitcase fully. the bathroom didn't had much space for toiletries, i had to use the floor. also, the wifi kept cutting off and was super slow.
