fantastic stay, great location!
double room excellent location handy luggage
the double room was exactly as pictured, it looked really nice! the location was excellent, just a short walk from earls court station. lots of food places were nearby, costa, cafe nero, and greggs are all close. room service was great and storing luggage was very handy (i appreciated that!).
the room had a bit of a smell, i think that's normal for hotels in the area.

i had a lovely double room (and it did look exactly as pictured online!). the bedding and towels were lovely and super clean. having a fridge was very useful too, it helped keep my drinks cold.

a decent stay
convenient location underground station room fridge basement room marked walls loud air conditioner
the location was convenient i walked to many places i wanted to visit. the proximity to the underground station was also very helpful. my room included a fridge it also had a kettle with cups and plates.
my room was located in the basement it had limited natural light. there were marks on the walls in my room. the air conditioning unit made a loud noise even when turned off it kept me awake.

mediocre stay, some issues noted
limited storage inadequate insulation
the room size proved smaller than anticipated. the lack of storage space was a problem. additionally, i found the noise insulation to be inadequate. i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms quite clearly .

I found the room very clean. The hotel provided complimentary water, coffee ,and cookies in the room. I appreciated the convenient location. It was a short walk to the underground station. I also used the luggage storage. It was helpful after checkout.
I noticed some minor noise from nearby train lines at night.

the location was excellent near the earls court underground station. i found a hair dryer in the room that was useful. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the toilet was very low and small in the bathroom. the bed and pillows were not comfortable for me. there was no window in my room making it feel enclosed.

great location short walk double bed small room hard shower floor tear
the location is great as it is a short walk to the station. there are many restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat was easy. i was upgraded to a double bed (which was a nice surprise).
The room i was in was quite small. the shower temperature was hard to control. It was too hot. i noticed some tears in the floor, so the room was a bit worn.

tube station friendly staff useful fridge
i loved how convenient the location was to the tube station it made getting around so easy! the staff was super friendly i always felt welcomed. my room had a fridge which was so useful for keeping my drinks cool i really appreciated that.
the room was a little small i had some trouble moving with my suitcase.
