functional kitchenette comfortable bed tube station difficult communication narrow stairs no elevator
the kitchenette had everything i needed. the bed was really comfortable. the location is great near the tube station , i found that convenient.
it was very difficult to communicate with the hotel before my stay. my messages were answered after a few days , and even then, the responses seemed irrelevant to my questions. the stairs were very narrow , and there was no elevator.

Basic Amenities, but Issues with Parking
The room felt comfortable and it featured needed facilities and a nice washroom. Check-in was also quick.
I was told the hotel had parking for £15 a day, but upon arrival, staff directed me to an underground car park. This car park was a ten-minute drive away and it cost £19 per day, not made clear when I booked. This started my stay off poorly.

irrelevant responses narrow stairs
The location was REALLY handy for my hospital appointment, that's for sure.
I had problems communicating with the hotel prior to arrival. My messages got answered after several days. The responses were irrelevant to my questions. I requested a room on the first floor. They confirmed it but then arranged a room for me on the third floor. There was no elevator and the stairs were very narrow.

equipped kitchenette excellent tv friendly staff
the room had a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and microwave i found that very useful. the tv was excellent it had a clear picture. reception staff were friendly and helpful i could ask everything.
the staircase was a bit narrow
