metro lines first floor
The location provided quick access to various metro lines. This made sightseeing EXTREMELY convenient. I also found the convenience store on the first floor handy for grabbing snacks and drinks late at night!

smelly hallway hard pillow
The cleaning staff put everything right outside my door. Trash bags, cleaning supplies, everything was there for hours! It smelled bad. I needed a softer pillow, but the hotel only provides hard, beaded pillows standard. Seriously?

onsen and convenience, a relaxing stay

i found the 7-eleven downstairs convenient. i could easily grab snacks and drinks whenever i needed them. the onsen was a real treat after long days exploring. it provided much needed relaxation. the staff helped me find local restaurants.
The motion sensor light near the entrance was annoying. it kept turning on whenever i moved in bed. i had to keep the bathroom door open to block the sensor. This wasn't a good solution. it disrupted my sleep somewhat.

good mix friendly staff small room unpacking difficulty
The breakfast offered a consistently good mix. I looked forward to the selection of western and Japanese food each morning. The staff was friendly and professional. They helped with all my questions.
The room was smaller than I expected. We had some difficulty unpacking our suitcases. I advise couples with children to book a larger room.
