Excellent Facilities and Convenient Location
convenient mini-mart good workout relaxing coffee shop fine view
I found a mini-mart on the 4th floor very useful for quick purchases. The gym offered a good workout option. I liked the on-site micro-brewery and coffee shop. The room provided a fine view.
I found the room temperature difficult to adjust and maintain at my preferred setting.

The hotel is near the train station. An airport limousine bus stop is nearby. Several restaurants and a supermarket are located close to the hotel, very convenient.

Acceptable, but Disappointing Room Size
small room inadequate air conditioning
The hotel's location was relaxing, near the river.
The room itself was not great. It was quite small. There was barely enough space to move around or place a suitcase. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and stuck on 'HEAT,' making the room stuffy. I could not open the window and I had to leave the door open for fresh air.

the hotel has excellent baths in the spa. i really liked the convenience store on site (it was perfect for late-night snacks). our room was comfortable enough for a short stay.
the room was a bit too small, making it difficult to fully unpack.

I really liked the convenience store within the hotel. It was super handy. the location was excellent too. It made getting around very easy.
the room felt very small for my liking. also, the check-in process was not very user-friendly, it took too long.

massage chairs friendly staff clean room abundant amenities
I found the massage chairs very nice after long days exploring. the resort's location suited my plans well. the staff was friendly. Their help was valuable during my trip. i appreciated the clean room and abundant amenities.
i found the room a bit too warm. the hotel controlled the temperature, so i couldn't adjust it exactly to my preference.

The hotel is near yokohama harbour and the city tower, made sightseeing convenient. the surrounding area included various restaurants, spas, and grocery stores within the same building. This proved very useful. i could easily access many facilities.

The hotel offered excellent value with a great included breakfast. it featured variety and quality in food preparation. I found it to be worth it. i was able to enjoy the public bath onsen, very relaxing after traveling.

The double room harbour view upper floor non-smoking had double pillows, which i appreciated. towels were renewed every morning, and the cleanliness was consistently high. This. the views from the room were astounding, especially at sunset

grand lobby convenience stores great view helpful staff
the hotel lobby was excellent and grand. i found the on-site convenience stores very useful (especially for late-night snacks). my room had a great view, i could even see mount fuji in the distance. the staff were consistently helpful and kind.
the room, while clean, felt a little small, making it difficult to fully unpack my luggage.
