small roomunenthusiastic staff
the room? tiny. i mean, i knew they'd be small, but it was like playing tetris with my suitcase. and the staff.. well, let's just say charm school wasn't on their resume. i reminded me of i was interrupting their important staring-at-the-computer time whenever i dared to ask a question. they could definitely use a lesson in faking enthusiasm.

the room size was definitely a problem. it felt cramped with luggage. also, the front desk staff's english wasn't great. i had to repeat myself several times to get my questions answered. this made check-in and other interactions pretty frustrating!!!

i liked the easy walk from roppongi-itchome station, using the footbridge right outside. the hotel staff seemed always friendly to me. i found new towels left outside my room each day. breakfast, which i paid extra for, tasted very nice, it was worth it.
the air conditioner was difficult to adjust, and i could not open the window more than two inches. i got rather hot there.

the costa coffee machine in reception was handy, it always gave me a needed boost. i also noticed a self-service shop was available just the other side of the reception area.

my room included all the needed amenities, i thought it was self contained. the hotel offered plenty of convenience stores nearby, very handy. the location was good for getting around.

i was able to store my luggage before i checked in, it helped me a lot. the staff assisted me in sending my luggage by delivery when i left. i thought that was great.

I found the staff polite and helpful . I appreciated having all necessary amenities readily available. The bedroom and bathroom design impressed me with its simplicity and functionality I also liked that I received fresh linen deliveries, not room service.
The air conditioning seemed to constantly run on the hotter side. I couldn't turn off the heating so I had to open the window.

I found the location quite convenient. It was a reasonable walking distance to both Roppongi and Tameike Sanno subway stations (this made getting around easy). The room was clean, and the bed felt comfortable after a long day.
The breakfast room was not big enough. I had to wait to be seated, inconvenient. I also noticed the food wasn't kept very hot, i didn't find it appetizing.

I loved the multiple restaurants available. It made meal times very simple. the comfy beds ensured peaceful nights. I slept so soundly. the good room size also really helped me to feel at home.
the need to pay for taxi assistance felt a little inconvenient, given all the other wonderful services.
