the location is definitely perfect! ginza is safe and close to metro stations. the staff is very friendly and quick to help. free amenities were available too!
the room was a bit small. i had limited space for my suitcases, so packing was a little tricky. i found the bed on the smaller side as well, so that was a little uncomfortable.

The hotel had a great location near jr, metro, and local trains. i also found many restaurants and shops nearby. the lobby offered a great visiting space. It even had a soft serve vending machine!!!

The room size was definitely on the smaller side. It was hard to move around with luggage (i tripped a few times). the Wi-Fi was really unreliable. It kept cutting out. This made it difficult for me to plan my day sometimes, frustrating.

the hotel had a 7-eleven just across the road. i used the free amenities available in the lobby including tea and coffee. the bathroom was a good size and had shampoo provided.

the location was convenient with a 7-eleven right across the street, this helped a lot! the staff were friendly and helpful too. i especially liked the bath tub after a long flight, it was great!
honestly, there wasn't anything major i disliked. perhaps providing at least one complimentary bottle of water per day would enhance the experience.

The location was amazing. I found it easy to access many shops and restaurants. The communal area included complimentary tea and coffee. an ice machine. It was very convenient as well that I could grab all room amenities from the lobby. I found everything i needed there.
The laundry room felt small and overheated. Using the two coin laundry machines required a late wait until 1 a.m.
