the location was superb, a short walk to the main attractions. i found a family mart conveniently next door. the staff at the front desk provided excellent assistance with taxi services. the room size exceeded my expectations, a pleasant surprise!!!
The window provided limited soundproofing. I noticed some street noise.

the hotel is approximately three blocks from the scramble square. i found it easy to locate after exiting the hichake gate. numerous shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and yoyogi park is about ten minutes away.

the staff were consistently professional and helpful at reception. the check-in was fast. i found the staff to be courteous. they also assisted with luggage arrangements upon my departure.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. I was a short walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, doing their best to assist, even with limited English (I used a translator app).
I found the curtains did not block out the light very well (sunrise was early).

the location was excellent with shops and restaurants nearby. the room was larger than expected, and the bed was very comfortable. i also found the staff to be very accommodating.
the curtains did not block light well. i had some trouble with street noise.

the location was special. it was near the scramble square. i could find wonderful restaurants within a short walk. yogi park was also about a 10 minute walk away. i found it so lovely.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. it only cooled during the summer. our room felt very warm. I could not adjust the temperature. the window only opened slightly, so fresh air didn't circulate as i hoped.

The location allowed easy access to the heart of everything! a short walk brought me to shibuya crossing and shibuya parco was right nearby. the hotel had a lovely café. A convenience store was conveniently located just outside. the staff kindly stored my luggage for a few hours post-checkout. I appreciated that gesture .
my room happened to face a quiet street, though the water and sewage piping were quite audible.

The staff was friendly. They offered assistance, which greatly improved my hotel experience. they provided luggage storage, a very convenient service as i explored the nearby areas. the hotel also offers coin laundry, this is quite useful for longer stays. I could see the appeal for many guests.

the location was convenient.
The room was quite warm, and i could not adjust the temperature. the window opened only a crack, so there was no air exchange. also, the room wasn't very clean upon arrival. I noticed cookie crumbs.

the location was acceptable, it had proximity to places i wanted to visit.
the room had persistent noises that bothered me during the night. blackout curtains were not effective. i also notice a lack of storage for clothes which are a huge problem, i find this hotel is not the best.
