the bathrooms and private showers were spacious, i guess.
i booked all mixed gender floors, but i found myself the only woman on my floor. this was quite uncomfortable. mixed gender showers weren't as clean as i would have liked too!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location to be excellent , very close to the Shibuya crossing. The shared spaces were clean , and I appreciated the availability of free coffee.
The pod ventilation was a little limited , and it got slightly warm at night.

stuffy podunclear projector instructions
The lack of temperature control inside the pod was a significant issue. The provided fan did little to alleviate the stuffiness. I also found the projector in the theater pod difficult to operate due to unclear instructions.
