loved the hotel and the staff
subway station cool rooms helpful staff
the hotel was so close to a subway station. this made it very easy to get around! also, it's conveniently located close to the station. the rooms are cool, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! laundry on site was so important for a long trip!
i was expecting something modern and fun. it felt more cheap, and cheerful. the layout of the room wasn't functional, and the room felt crowded and not visually pleasing.

the location is amazing for getting around. it is close to several train stations. the staff was also helpful (especially with directions).
the room was quite small. there was very little space for luggage. the air conditioning could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature (i felt too hot).

convenient location useful proximity appreciated detail
the location near kyobashi station proved convenient , especially with its direct access to the ginza line. i found the proximity to tokyo station, about a ten-minute walk, useful for my travel needs. the provided adapter at the writing desk was another detail i appreciated .
the room felt quite small, particularly when managing luggage , i found space limited. organising clothes for even a short stay required some creative arrangements given the absence of a full wardrobe. i found it less ideal than expected.

Ginza stay was great
excellent condition convenient location helpful staff modern laundry
The hotel is new, so everything is in excellent condition. The location is also fantastic. It is near metro stations (making travel simple) and around the corner from a 7 Eleven. I found a really nice laundry area and a kitchen too. The staff were always helpful and friendly.
The walls are super thin. I could hear some neighbor's activities.

The hotel's location is superb. Kyobashi Station is a short walk. I appreciated the friendly staff. Fufu was very helpful and provided a great introduction to the city.. This added real value. The staff's service.
The air conditioning cannot switch between hot and cold. This was a slight issue .
