Really good Experience

The hotel benefits from a direct connection to the Hamamatsucho station via elevated walkways which bypasses ground level crossings. The Family Mart on the ground floor is convenient for any necessities, it has seating and tables. I found the location easy to use for accessing various parts of the city.
The room was smaller and maneuvering large luggage was slightly cumbersome. The bathroom also could have used a bit more attention during cleaning.

jr stationeasy accesstakeshiba station
the location near hamamatsucho jr station was very convenient i found. it made getting to haneda airport easy via the tokyo monorail. the proximity to takeshiba station was also very handy for exploring different areas.
i noticed the room lacked a kettle. there wasnt a lot of space to walk around it.

the location proved ideal with hamamatsucho station accessible via elevated walkway. it gave immediate access to the yurikamome line, a real boon for odaiba trips. a family mart convenience store offered everyday necessities, stocked with plenty of seating.
the room, though neat, lacked a fridge sufficient even for small water bottles..
