the location was close to the station staff members were courteous and helpful i would stay again. the location is convenient it is opposite daimaru cross the road no stairs easy for travellers with luggage

the location was excellent. the staff greeted me with a warm welcome making me feel at home. the onsen (i didn't know what to expect!) was open late and provided a relaxing experience.

The location was excellent near the train station and local shops. The staff offered attentive, warm service and were always available. I liked the selection of pillows available to suit different sleeping preferences. The hotel also provided complimentary drinks during happy hour, such a sweet touch.
The room was a bit compact, yet still provided all essential amenities for a pleasant stay.

The hotel's proximity to the train station really made travel easy. staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. the onsen provided welcomed relief after long days. I used it every evening. free drinks and ice cream in the lobby from 4-9pm were a nice touch.
The room was a bit small. Opening luggage required some maneuvering.

The staff were very helpful and assisted with luggage delivery to my next destination. The location is excellent because it is very close to the station and metro stations. I especially enjoyed the public bath. It helped relieve tired legs at the end of the day. They provided pajamas so I did not need to unpack.
The room was a bit small, and the amenities provided were barely adequate for my use.
