The room was well-equipped. The breakfast had varied options. The staff was genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. I appreciated that they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, thus allowing me to maximize my time.
The shower gels provided were quite small. I would have liked a larger size.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were available 24 hours a day. the proximity to the underground station made getting around simple. the included tea and coffee facilities, complete with proper mugs, were a nice touch.. very useful.
the heating system made significant noise and disrupted sleep. work started early on sunday morning in a nearby room and made further sleep impossible.

The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful (I even got a recommendation for a great local pub!). I appreciated early access to my room after a long flight.
The room was quite small and barely adequate for one person. I think there should be more space, especially for longer stays.
