I found the staff very friendly and polite. the room included everything i needed for my short stay. the location suited my plans to visit a venue nearby. It made travel straightforward. there are many places to eat and drink in the area.
the window could not be opened in my room. it was a very small inconvenience though.

The hotel benefits from being across from the overground station, offering quick travel. many supermarkets, pubs and cafes surround the area. There are also a lot of shops available. access to transportation is excellent from the hotel.

the room featured air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. rooms included a tv, a safe and a work desk. the bathroom included a shower and toiletries, all very useful. free wifi access was also provided.

Solid Stay Near Kilburn High Road!

I appreciated the great location near Kilburn High Road. It is across from the station. A very good local pub is also nearby. The room was clean. The housekeeping team prepared it well each day. The bed was SUPER comfortable!!!
The toilet seat in my room was not secure. It wobbled. This created a slight inconvenience . Securing it would greatly improve the bathroom experience.

the receptionists greeted me with warm smiles and offered helpful information. my superior double room featured a large, comfortable bed (i slept so well!). the shower was strong and refreshing, and the room felt very quiet, especially appreciated after busy days of exploring. the hotel's proximity to shops, pubs, and train stations made it easy to get around.
the wifi signal in my room was occasionally a bit weak.
