The hotel is in a fantastic location near Lancaster Gate and Paddington. A room issue on the second day was resolved quickly. The manager was helpful (what a relief!) and moved me to another room immediately. The beds are comfortable, and the entire hotel is very clean. The housekeeper does an excellent job.

The room was very quiet with comfortable beds. Daily cleaning provided fresh towels and toiletries. A kettle and tea selection added a special touch after a day exploring. The air conditioning was a definite plus during the warmer days I was there.

the location was amazing, really close to hyde park. i loved that the room was bigger than i expected. it even had a separate walk in wardrobe space with a full length mirror. staff at the reception were so helpful! they let me check in slightly early so i could change after my long journey.
carrying my luggage to the third floor was not fun. the eye serum was spilled! it made me question things, even though i was thinking about staying there again.

i found the location very convenient to paddington station and hyde park. the staff were cute. the room was larger than i anticipated, a pleasant surprise in the city. i would certainly consider staying again.
