the staff were friendly.
the room felt a bit shabby to me. i noticed peeling wallpaper and some cracks above the window (it wasn't a great first impression). the carpet also had some dreadful stains, and a window blind was broken.

The room was really comfortable and well appointed. A high standard of cleanliness existed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cute. I would describe it as an inn. A gastro-pub also offers accommodation.
The building is dated and needs a revamp. I paid £184 for one night for a room. It had flacking ceilings. We could have stayed at the Hilton for less. It has better standards.

Really good Stay Experience
comfy bednice bathroomthin walls
The bedroom was fine with super comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Upon arrival, I discovered the room had no bath but a shower. When I spoke to the boss, he immediately found us a different room. The replacement was still available, and he let us transfer without any hassle.
I found the thin walls and floorboards a problem as I could hear the person in the room above stomping around at 1am. It made it hard to sleep as a result of this. Otherwise, the staff were lovely, I felt very at home there.

The breakfast service was super, and the staff were very friendly during breakfast. The team were really nice too meet our needs. They really showed attentiveness and kindness.

Breakfast was good and speedy, I was grateful for friendly service at restaurant. I ate there one evening, the meal was also good. I thank them for great food.

The room included tea and coffee, there also was scrummy chocolate. Complimentary water and beer was available in the fridge. The location was excellent with buses right outside the pub.

the room decor featured great details the bed was large i found a walk in shower it had a proper coffee machine staff were very friendly and cute. breakfast was top drawer with a great choice for adults i recommend it. the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. my room was comfortable.
the room had blinds but only one could be closed i used a blanket to cover the other. it was not ideal.

the staff demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction i noticed them always available and ready to assist with requests. their friendly attitude contributed positively to the overall atmosphere. i found them efficient in addressing my needs.

My room was spacious clean and beautifully decorated. the bed had lovely crisp sheets. I slept soundly. bramley toiletries and soft fluffy white towels were in the bathroom.
the walls seemed quite thin i could hear some noise from other rooms.
