i appreciated the helpful staff especially nour and george they were really supportive the room was clean and the bed comfortable for a quick overnight stay i also found the location very convenient near the tube and bus routes
the room was a bit smaller than i expected making it difficult to fully open my suitcase

The staff were very friendly, offering a free snack upon arrival. I found this a lovely touch. check-in was straightforward and quick, which i always appreciate. i was granted a complimentary late check-out! this really made my departure stress-free. the bed was comfy, i had a good night's sleep.

i found the staff helpful especially george and nour they were always ready with a smile and quick assistance the location proved perfect with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions the room was clean and well maintained which i appreciated after a long day.
i noticed that the soundproofing wasn't the best i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
