just okay stay
small room inconsistent water temperature
the location was central, offering easy access to transport. it was definitely a plus.
the room proved SMALL. my suitcase barely fit, and the shower lacked consistent water temperature offering either scalding hot or freezing cold.

The location is GREAT, close to the tube. The staff was helpful, they offered quick assistance. The breakfast included several options. I had fruit and cereal. I found the gardens across the road beautiful!

the hotel's location near queensway station was very convenient. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . the included breakfast had good coffee, cereal, cheese, and toast.

good location surrounding gardens sufficient options hard pillows cold shower broken bedside lamp
The location is good, close to Kensington Palace and the surrounding gardens. it is quite close to an underground station. walking to buckingham palace takes approximately one hour. breakfast was included. It had sufficient options for a few days' stay.
the pillows were hard. separate hot and cold shower taps made it hard to shower at a comfortable temperature. the bedside lamp did not work! the smart tv set up was in GERMAN.

great location plentiful breakfast great room special rate
the location suited my needs perfectly. i found the breakfast plentiful and fresh. the room was great. it was ALL a pleasant surprise AS i booked late at a special rate.
the elevator didn't work. i had to use the stairs. that WAS slightly inconvenient, though not a huge issue.

the staff were friendly and helpful. online check-in was very quick. i felt secure in the neighbourhood and the area around the hotel. they arranged an early taxi.

the hotel is easy to locate and a short walk from the tube station. the decor is BEAUTIFUL, AND the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. two different tube lines are nearby.
