The location was excellent. It was a short walk to paddington station. breakfast offered a good selection of items. the staff members were very helpful and polite. i received an upgrade upon arrival. This gave me extra space .

paddington station is only a five-minute walk. hyde park is within walking distance too. restaurants are close by, so i did not need a car or public transportation to dine out.

the hotel is in a great location, close to paddington station. the room was larger than expected, a plus. the beds were comfortable, and i slept well each night. the breakfast was great, and i enjoyed the friendly staff.
Pillows were not the best. They could use replacing.

the room came equipped with fresh towels daily and tea and coffee making facilities. the included ensuite bathroom was clean and functional. the room size was larger than expected, a definite bonus!!!

I found several issues . The room felt cramped with very little space to move around. The bathroom's water pressure was disappointingly low. There was no place to hang towels. It.
