i found the onsen relaxing after a long day.. it provided a soothing end. breakfast impressed me, especially the traditional japanese options. the location proved convenient for exploring at night without taxi needs.
the check-in service felt chaotic, and the early check-out time, with added surcharges for extensions, gave the impression of prioritizing customer turnover over guest comfort. not being able to use shower facilities after checking out added to my discomfort for the long journey home.

i was so happy with the location it was amazing! the staff was responsive and helpful to, i appreciate that. i loved how close it was to train stations and restaurants.
the room was small for sure. the hotel has a serious problem with room temperature control, i read other reviews and it was true. i couldnt even open the windows too!

The hotel is close to many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. The nearby train station REALLY simplified my travel. The room was very clean, and all amenities were provided, including hair care products, toothbrushes, and a hairdryer. The staff was friendly and spoke good English VERY WELL.

i appreciated the proximity to two jr line stations. this made it easy to get around. a 7/11 and family mart were next door. i could store luggage before check-in. it helped a lot.
the centrally controlled heat made the room too warm. there were no opening windows. it was difficult to sleep comfortably

incompetent stafftemperature management
the room temperature was difficult to manage. i couldn't adjust it myself. the staff also seemed unhelpful when i asked for assistance with an invoice. it was a frustrating experience.
