The desk staff was excellent. They were quite helpful. My room was a Standard Room. The room was super clean and very well presented.

the standard room was disappointing. the bathroom had visible mold, and the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably between scalding and freezing. this made it difficult to have a comfortable shower.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness and accommodation to my requirements. The breakfast included a variety of options. The pancakes were a highlight for younger guests.
I encountered a twin room instead of the double I requested , so a room change was not possible. The room's location above the entrance to the hotel reception and bar resulted in excessive noise. It originated from smokers outside.
