Noise was a significant issue (especially on Sunday). The floor vibrated due to loud karaoke, unexpected. The description did not adequately communicate the extent of the evening entertainment. the staff was to lack proper training.

the room was very comfortable. i loved the hanging space, fridge, fan, tea and coffee facilities and how clean it was. it safety was good and cosy for me and my son. he really loved the room and found it a real treat (it was such a relief!).
the function was there when i booked my stay. there should be options and notices in place if the hotel has functions. i wanted to relax on my own terms and have a good night's rest, away from my very young family, but this was ruined, and sadly i wasn't relaxed.

The hotel looked excellent, and the staff was very friendly!!! The room was excellent with a really nice, modern bathroom. I especially liked the amazing shower. Breakfast and bar meals were equally excellent, a definite plus!!!
The room got a bit too warm for my liking, but opening a window fixed that quickly.

the room felt luxurious I found a large, comfy bed. Free wifi was available. The restaurant food tasted good and there was plenty of parking.

parking had ample spaces for all guests. the hotel includes a family area with a kids play area and this allowed families to be together and other groups to have their space too.

the staff emptied the bin each day, and they checked the towels. i noticed the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. the staff were always available when required.

the bar was lovely and friendly. food was delicious and a good value. breakfast was gorgeous, i thought. the restaurant provided a varied menu, even for specific dietary needs.

The hotel location was great. breakfast was delicious and had a great choice. the bus stop was opposite the hotel, so it was easy to get around. i purchased meals from the restaurant. Portions were generous, and the value was excellent.
the room was a bit dusty, and i noticed some cobwebs in the bathroom. the room clearly needed better cleaning.
