The room had a well-stocked tea tray. complimentary tea, coffee, etc were available. It was fabulous. the tv was in a good position for watching from the bed, it's a detail i noticed. easy access and a great location. self check in worked smoothly, it was very efficient.
curtains needed attention.

The location was very handy to attractions. A short walk lead to the beach and it a cute little place. The keyless system made life easier. No more keep keys on us.
The room felt very shabby and not comfortable. The laminate floor had a sizeable gouge in it. Mould was present on the shower, it not pleasant.

the room was beautiful. i found the staff very helpful over the phone. we booked last minute, as the hotel we had originally booked was substandard. it was my birthday and the person we woke to was wonderful!!!
the room was very small compared to others on the same floor. there were no chairs, so you had nowhere to sit unless you sat on the bed with your feet up. the tv was in a completely wrong place as when sat on the bed you had to watch it through the mirror.

the beautiful double room had a shower. the room was well-decorated and very clean. it included ample tea and coffee, with refill stations available on the landings, and a comfortable bed.

the hotel is close to town. it is also near the sea. the location offers convenient access to the harbour and central shops. the main shops and sightseeing spots are nearby.

the communication was very good. key codes were sent by email, so collecting the room key from the key lock was easy. refill stations for tea and coffee are located on the landings. the hotel is warm.

I loved the room, it was very clean, and cozy! the location was great. Everything in town was within walking distance. someone was on call 24/7 and that felt super safe. i really appreciate the refreshments in the fridge, especially the extra coffee.
the radiators did not work, and there was no hot water, initially, but it came on in the morning. it was a bit inconvenient!

The staff were very attentive and helpful. i could easily reach someone at any time, since there was always someone on call. This adds a great sense of security and assistance throughout my stay.
