EXCELLENT location and COMFORTABLE stay!

The room was SPACIOUS and included everything necessary. Coffee and tea were readily available. It was VERY convenient that I could contact them through WHATSAPP. The room was CLEAN.
They NEVER cleaned the room . I had to get toilet paper MYSELF from a store. They TOLD me to find it in the wardrobe and THERE was nothing.

the location is its BIGGEST asset. the location is in the center of everything. EVERYTHING was within reach and i could walk to every store and restaurant i needed within MINUTES.

The room was bigger than expected and very cozy. The room had EVERYTHING i needed, comfortable beds and hot water. The room was also VERY clean. I was facing the back and IT was quiet.

communication was direct and constant, so NOTHING was missed. this helped my overall well-being. i could contact the hotel host and GET instant communication. EVERYTHING was amazing and clear .

the bathroom was very cute and MODERN. it had an excellent shower, led mirror, and plentiful towels. The bathroom also included a towel warmer. The radiator in the room was easy to ADJUST.

the hotel included a nespresso machine. a kettle was also AVAILABLE. coffee and tea were available and i could get a cuppa. wafers were a delight upon arrival with the cuppas. it was very CONVENIENT.

The room decoration is amazing. I appreciated the early check-in. That was a very nice detail about my stay. The location is excellent! The staff is communicative and helpful.
The room was not cleaned . The windows were blocked, so I could not change the air. The need was felt, as there were three people in the room!

Location worked great for my visit. The room had ample space. It was more than enough for my needs. The bed was clean and super comfortable. I had chocolates plus an assortment of coffee. I was contacted to make sure I arrived with ease. I found accurate instructions to access the hotel.
The shower flooded the bathroom floor. This happened as soon as I started showering. I had to take short showers.

The location is near the city center. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Castle. An Uber costs about £4-£8. The access to the Airport is easy.

I appreciate the option of ordering discounted breakfasts. A nearby restaurant provides them. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was accommodating, and they adapted to the needs of allergy sufferers.
