a romantic hideaway
mobile check-in superb location comfortable bed
The mobile check-in process was so easy. I needed everything, and the location was superb near transportation. The bed was VERY comfortable. I found Tunnock's treats to be a bonus.
The room was smaller than I thought. The bathroom was tiny. I had to go up loads of stairs with my heavy suitcases. This was tricky.

The location was excellent with AMAZING access to public transportation. I was able to reach the city center and the airport easily. It was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions, a HUGE benefit.

The common lobby offered coffee, hot chocolate, tea, fruits, and sweets. These provisions were generous. I felt welcome to enjoy them at any time, a wonderful touch.

wonderful stay
easy access coffee
the location offers easy access to haymarket station. i appreciated the clear pre-registration process and user-friendly access codes (it all felt very modern!). coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. the cable tv and wifi worked perfectly.
the absence of on-site staff and bag storage was inconvenient. i had an inflexible check-in time , made planning my arrival difficult. the entire process relied heavily on a smartphone and reliable internet.

a comfortable stay near haymarket
lovely room easy lock system charming room
i found the room lovely. it was equipped with everything i needed for a short stay. the common room felt charming and i appreciated the variety of coffee available there. the check-in process used a very easy lock system, it was super convenient to use.
i must admit that my room was close to haymarket, the sounds of the city traffic penetrated my sleep.

the electronic key codes are a great feature. i never needed to worry about remembering a physical room key. i encountered no staff .

large room coffee machine fresh fruit
i had a beautiful double room. it was large. i found a settee inside (this was great for lounging). the room had easy access to communal areas with a coffee machine. fresh fruit was also available in the communal area.
the hotel lacks an elevator, so getting to the room with luggage was not easy.

great location free coffee cold room missing glass
the location is great as it is easily reachable by train and tram. shared facilities were also very nice. free coffee and fruit was a nice touch.
the room was cold. the bottom of the windows were open, so part of the glass was missing. the heater was pointless, room number 18.
