the room was too small. there was no fridge, a necessity for storing medicine. the lack of on-site staff made it difficult to address issues immediately. i prefer hotels with a reception area.

The room included a cute welcome pack filled with treats. High quality products in the bathroom were a great touch. I also appreciated the easy self check in that allowed me flexibility with my arrival time! Street parking nearby was really a plus.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear noises from the hallway.

The location was great. It was an easy walk to the botanical gardens. the room was well-kept, clean and tidy. the staff were very friendly and polite. i will be back.
poor sound insulation was an issue. i could hear the wind howling because of the single glazing near the roof. there was a massive gap between the floor and the room door.

The room was very clean, which i always appreciate. the location was convenient for getting around. I found it easy to reach various points of interest. the welcome pack in the room had treats. the bathroom had high-quality products, a nice touch..
the room i stayed in was quite small. there was no fridge in the room, and i needed one for medicine i had with me. i prefer having staff available, but this place had no reception.
