I found free water bottles in the room. A big mirror was also a nice touch. The shampoo and conditioner were a very good quality. The room had an iron, great for keeping clothes crisp. The heating worked very well, too.
I noticed the absence of a fan. The room description mentioned a fan, so I was a little disappointed.

this place offered a location close to many city attractions. the room was indeed well equipped . ample space and a very comfy bed were available.
advert said free on street parking was available. there wasn't any near the accommodation. i had to park half a kilometer away.

The staff were helpful arranging an iron promptly when i requested one. I found the room very clean upon arrival. The location suited my needs well with transport links nearby.
The shower pressure was not as strong as i prefer it to be.

The hotel benefits from excellent connectivity with both buses and trams stopping nearby providing easy access to various parts of the city without needing a car. This made getting around very simple and convenient for exploring tourist sites. It is a great advantage.

the road was noisy. i heard sounds from people in the floor above, due to creaking floor boards.

The accommodation was very clean and serviced well . I found many restaurants nearby and a co-op for essentials (very useful). Good access was available by both bus and tram. I used the tram to get to the airport from a nearby stop. It cost only a small amount.
The rooms could benefit from disposable slippers for added comfort.

The location is convenient. I easily walked to the city center, and pilrig park is a bonus. the bed in my room was very comfortable. i also appreciated the availability to leave my bags after checkout.
the room had a slight smell upon arrival, and i noticed some bits of rubbish , made me wonder about the cleaning quality.

The location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and public transport. The room was very clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable. Staff quickly addressed a minor issue I had with the room lock, resolving it within minutes! All in all, it was a very relaxing stay.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. It made rinsing my hair a bit difficult.
