The location worked perfectly for my needs. I took the bus to the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The cleanliness of my room stood out. It was clean. The shower was GREAT!!!

the room provided a great shower and comfortable bed. i found free parking available throughout my stay. the breakfast was fresh and prepared well after my one night. a bus stop located outside made access to the city center simple and fast.
My room was a bit cold upon arrival. Perhaps it had been vacant for a while.

I found some aspects disappointing. the lack of readily available information was frustrating. I had to actively seek out basic details. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, and there was a noticeable damp smell. it was like some essential maintenance was overlooked.

staff were friendly. i liked the comfy bed, it helped me get a good night's sleep. the shower was excellent with neon bath lights. i really liked the homemade cooking, especially the chicken and leek pie.
i found only two small milks for two days, and there were no shampoo or tissues in the room.

the location was good with easy transport links. the staff offered to carry my case to the room. the bed was comfy and i liked the decor in the room, it felt charming and matched the location well.
i think the room was very small for the cost charged, it surprised me a little.
