the room was spacious and clean i found the bed very comfortable. the hotel's location was a definite plus as it provided easy access to many attractions. i was pleased with the efficient contactless check-in process and its clear instructions.
the soundproofing could be improved as i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the room was clean and large, a real plus. i liked that the location was central, close to waverley station (just a short walk!). the online check-in was smooth and communication with the host proved efficient.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom. (nothing major though!).

Excellent City Stay!
smooth entryfantastic locationquick responsiveness
The clear instructions about key pick up made entry very smooth, even without seeing staff. The location is fantastic. Numerous restaurants surround the hotel. I found the responsiveness to email very quick and helpful, which I valued! The tram stop close by provided super convenient transport from the airport.
The stairs were a little tricky with cases.

The single room was beautiful with a fabulous bathroom. Tea and coffee were supplied. An iron and ironing board were also available. the self-check-in system WORKS. really well.
The soundproofing was terrible! I could hear noises from other rooms. Toilets flushing and taps running were loud. Anyone in the corridor WAS audible.

The communication before check in was very good. Access using codes to enter the hotel was easy. The room was very clean and beds are very comfortable. I stayed in a front facing, bright room of a good size. The en-suite bathroom was an acceptable size also.
The room did not feature a bathtub, it would have been a useful addition.

The location is very central, and it has plenty cafes around the area. The hotel is near the city center but in a quiet and peaceful area. It made getting around very simple for my family.
