I totally loved the location. It was super walkable. the staff were lovely! they showed me how to use the swipe key and carried my cases upstairs. the view from the room? amazing!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. The availability of complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage at reception after checking out.
The bathroom door was slightly difficult to close properly.

The room featured comfy beds and a clean bathroom. The shower had nice hot water. The tv worked well. There was a great view from the window, and I was very pleased to have a bath.

This hotel is close to the train station. Several pubs, restaurants , and an atm are all located nearby. Trams and busses are easily accessible. It is an excellent base for exploring the city.

The room felt quite run-down. The shower had very low pressure, it was hard to get properly clean. I'm disappointed in the condition of the facilities.

The room was quite disappointing. the carpet was stained, and there was a distinct odor in the bathroom. the television remote was missing, rendering the tv unusable. I asked at the front desk, but they said none were available. the window also did not close fully, letting in a draft.
