Murray provided really good service. He REALLY helped with directions. My room had every amenity I needed, ESPECIALLY the fast wifi. Breakfast each morning was awesome and was plentiful, it was GREAT.
My room was on the small side. I found it challenging to MANEUVER with all my luggage.

The location is central, with easy access to many attractions. The staff was very personal. They were obliging with all requests. Breakfast was very good here.. it was a lovely start to the day. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the place.
The stairwell and dining room carpets look a little worn and may need attention.

the location was fantastic! it was super close to the bus station, and a short walk from the train station too! the host was really friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. the suggestions for places to visit were spot on, i loved that!
the stairs were a bit of a challenge. there were 65 steps to the first floor. also, the room felt really noisy! i could hear a lot of street noise, hard to sleep well. apply, twice.
