The room provided a spacious environment. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The heating system worked consistently, maintaining a warm temperature. I noticed the staff replaced coffee and tea supplies daily which was appreciated.

I noticed a slight issue with cleaning, specifically some hairs present and minor mold in the bathroom area.

The location is very close to shops and the tube station. the provided toiletries were a very welcome touch. i also found fresh towels daily. This added to the overall cleanliness.

The kettle did not quite fit under the tap. The water flow was slow.
