The staff were cute. (I found them quite helpful.)
The pillows were thin, offering little support for a good night's sleep. The bathroom situation proved challenging. It was a very small triangular corner shower. The limited breakfast included one piece each of bacon, hashbrown, an egg and small amount of beans with a mini croissant.

the location IS central. it is easily accessible. the facility offers more than expected for its price point, SUCH AS clean, well-presented rooms. the breakfast included was a NICE bonus.
the mattress was not comfortable and felt old. the walls seemed thin. i heard my neighbor coughing. light curtains let the light in early, AROUND 5am.

the staff was friendly and helpful i received clear directions to nearby attractions the breakfast included fresh fruit cereal and cooked options i found this a satisfying start to each day. the hotel had good water pressure in the shower and provided basic toiletries this.
i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms this lacked soundproofing and made it difficult to sleep soundly i recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

the location was very convenient, very close to kensington park and several food spots. i really appreciated the clean space, as well as the provided towels, shampoo, and conditioner. i also liked the inclusion of a fan and a bug net at the window. the shower was big, and the bathroom was super clean.

A Romantic Escape, Simple Comforts Shine!

I found a sink and a kettle with tea and coffee in my room, that was perfect. The bed felt comfortable, and I appreciated this small detail. The breakfast included with the room was a real treat, a great way to start my day. I not sketchy at all .
The pillows could have been better, I felt they lacked support. I would have prefered they were of a high quality.

The location was amazing, a short walk took me to a beautiful park. I loved the convenience! There were also two underground stations and bus stops nearby, and transport was very easy. Kensington and Hyde Park are very close too.

Breakfast featured a great English selection, I especially enjoyed the hash brown. The food was delicious and diverse, I could taste a lot of flavours. They serve fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, juice, tea and coffee, and all these options are superb.

I noticed the room had a fan to help cool down during warmer days, and it worked wonders. The shared bathroom remained consistently clean . I was impressed with the upkeep. This hotel offers great value for its price, I think!
