EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the shower was good. I REALLY appreciated the quick check-in and easy check-out processes. It saved so much time.
I KNOW the room was small but even smaller than expected. THERE wasn't much space for luggage, made moving around a bit difficult.

i found the location quite handy.. it was a short walk to the tube station. the room was modern and very clean. the staff were friendly and gave clear explanations.
the air conditioning made a very loud beeping noise, and i had to choose between opening the window and road noise or turning it off entirely.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They were very cute and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The aesthetic vibe was quite good. The bed was comfy and had a thick duvet. The location was near the Earls Court tube station.
The room did not have tea or coffee making facilities. This would have been a nice bonus.
