I found the staff friendly. They were always willing to help. The location proved perfect, a short walk to metro stations. These stations connected me to all destinations.

small room constant street noise
the staff was friendly at the reception.
The room was small, it seemed like a shoebox. the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found some questionable stains on the sheets. the noise from the street was constant. It sounded like a demolition derby outside my window all night long

The location was super convenient. It was close to the metro station. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist. The provision of extra bed linen was available in the cupboards.

A Charmed Stay Close to Everything!

George at reception was AMAZING! He was so helpful with directions and local tips. The hotel is steps from the underground station. I could easily reach all the major attractions. The included coffee was a nice touch. I appreciated having that available in the morning.
My room was quite small. It was difficult to move around with my luggage. I would have appreciated more space.

broken light switch bad paint jobs
the room was not great. the light switch didn't work right and the door scraped the floor. the ceiling looked unfinished and the walls had bad paint jobs!

The location was very convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away. Many restaurants and shops were also close by. The staff was very nice.
The room was quite small, and the beds felt bouncy. It was difficult to share a double bed because every turn woke up my bedmate.

the tube station's proximity is a real advantage for getting around. housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which i appreciated. the comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep after a busy day.
the wi-fi signal was sometimes a little unreliable, a minor inconvenience.
