The room was clean. doors were monitored 24/7. This felt secure. i found the proximity to paddington station convenient. the staff were pleasant and helpful. They made the check-in process simple.
The bathroom lacked an extractor fan. This made it slightly smelly.

The room included a double bed, a small table, and a wardrobe. Extra pillows were in the wardrobe. i could open my big suitcase widely in the room. i found the bed super comfortable. I slept very well.

The staff offered luggage storage after checkout. This was useful for my travel plans. they sell water at the reception, very convenient after a long day of travel. all the staff were very friendly and professional.

the air conditioning did not work, so the room was uncomfortably hot. i could also hear noises from other rooms, disruptive. the cleanliness could have been better as well.
