the room was a bit small for my liking but it was manageable.

The staff was accommodating, even switching my room when they noticed i had trouble with stairs. I am disabled. they assisted with luggage and opening fire doors. the unlimited coffee was a fantastic perk! i safe area and secure .
the room was very small, so it was difficult to open my big bag completely.
