the rooms provide soft pillows. breakfast includes juice and yogurt. the staff provided a helpful service. the hotel location has easy access to transportation options. i found the beds very nice. i really liked the soft pillows. the staff was nice. the juice was very good.
i did not like how the bedside table was missing a fixture.

The room felt cramped, especially for two people. the bed was not very comfortable, and i woke up with a stiff back each morning. breakfast lacked variety. The croissants tasted stale, and the coffee was weak. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. I heard constant traffic.

the location was pretty good. i could easily walk to hyde park and paddington station was nearby (, made getting around simple).
my room faced the street and lacked proper soundproofing. the noise from buses was constant even late at night. i found it hard to sleep well without earplugs, especially since it was a "standard double room".

my stay had good points. the hotel was near public transportation. i also liked the friendly people working there. i could quickly get to where i needed. the location made it easy to see the city.
there were some issue. the room was too hot. i asked for air conditioning but i did not get it. the fan in the room did not help much. also, the bed seemed short for me.

the location ROCKED near Paddington Station it was a short walk. The staff provided FANTASTIC service holding our luggage after checkout. I also REALLY liked the included breakfast it was very tasty.
I noticed the main light in my room DIDN'T work although other lamps were available.

the staff offered FANTASTIC help hailing a cab when my Uber cancelled due to tube strikes. They also held our luggage SECURELY after we checked out which was REALLY helpful. The team were always polite and quick to help.

the family room was SUFFICIENTLY clean for our needs and it was well kept. Linens were clean and crisp which was awesome. The shower had great pressure which was a HUGE PLUS after a long day of exploring.

the hotel is VERY conveniently located near Paddington Station making travel easy. The neighborhood felt safe nice and relatively quiet. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk which was PERFECT.

My room was neat, and it offered space enough for two big bags. Paddington Station and charming cafes are so close. I found the staff super friendly, it made me so happy. The traditional breakfast included tasty English options. Windows provided fresh air, a beautiful touch.

The staff provided an additional heater promptly when asked. The hotel location is convenient, close to Paddington Station. It is a short walk to the Underground station and the Mainline station. I really appreciated this proximity to public transport.
The room's radiator was consistently too hot and lacked temperature control. This made the room uncomfortable, especially overnight.
