uncomfortable mattresssmall room
I must say the mattress was not great. It seemed like sleeping on a slightly padded board. the room was on the small side. Maneuvering around with my luggage seemed like an obstacle course. They really could invest in some new mattresses. A good night's sleep is kind of the point.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I appreciated the provided tea and coffee station. I also found many plug points, very helpful (especially for charging all my devices).
The room felt very small and space for luggage was limited, and , made moving around challenging.

The staff was very friendly and helped accommodate my late check-in request. The reception allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out at no extra cost. I am grateful for their support.

The room included a tv and tea and coffee making facilities. A ceiling fan kept the room cool, nice. The rainfall shower was great, and complimentary toiletries were provided to guests.

The location is close to Victoria Station for train and coach travel. The area is quiet and safe for walking. The hotel is situated in Pimlico. Several underground stations are within easy reach.

small roomfaulty lock
the room was small. there was little floor space. i had to juggle my suitcase around. also, getting a taxi proved difficult, the clerk seemed annoyed when i asked. the toilet was in a separate space, and the lock was faulty.
