i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i felt safe . it was also really convenient for getting around the city for the few days i was there! the location was superb.
it made it a little difficult carrying my luggage to my room. it was a bit of an inconvenience.

the location is good for victoria coach station and the underground. i found the staff friendly and accommodating. the heating worked very well (which was definitely a plus).
the carpet in my room seemed stained and looked unclean. the single room was also quite small (it felt a bit cramped).

the hotel is near victoria station! it makes getting around easy. the staff was helpful. they got my room ready early so i could change for an event, i appreciated this. the room was very clean.
i noticed the bedsheet was not tugged properly! i saw some red stains on the mattress. the soundproofing was poor.

the reception staff was friendly and cute. they assisted with early check-in. the staff provided helpful directions to nearby attractions, and they answered all my questions clearly, offering valuable assistance .

The hotel staff was VERY caring. They ensured I had everything needed, which I appreciated. The location is excellent, a short walk from Victoria station. I found the neighborhood clean and quiet. The daily room cleaning was thorough. The room was surprisingly large.

Check-in was quick and the staff were helpful. I appreciated that. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well. It was nice that the hotel was on a quiet street in a good area.
My room was quite small. There wasn't much space. There were many stairs. I found the door not soundproof. I could hear people in the hallway.
