The rooms are often described as large and well-equipped, featuring amenities like Nespresso coffee makers, and some even provide extras such as complimentary snacks and toiletries; the windows also do a good job of blocking street noise. The room included chocolates and water. the dyson hair dryer was a nice extra. the windows prevented street noise. I could not hear anything.
the bar was closed earlier than advertised. i wanted a nightcap after the theatre! the person working told me they were closed even though closing was later. it was disappointing.

my twin room had lovely biscuits and a huge deep bath. the staff helped me with baggage and stored it while i explored on my last day. the staff was polite and helpful. i had plenty of contact prior to stay.
the noise from traffic buses and trams was quite loud. they left a sleep kit of eye mask and earplugs. you can't leave the window open overnight as the traffic starts early. i did not sleep well.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

clean roombasic amenitiesconvenient locationbasic menupoor selectionabsent atmosphere
The room was clean. It included basic amenities. The location was close to the heart of the city. Public transport was also nearby.
I found the breakfast menu quite basic. It seemed the selection was the poorest I have ever experienced. This seemed strange considering the price of the rooms. The bar lacked atmosphere.. there was no music.
